Bayly Grant Bio
Bayly Grant holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Health Promotion and a Master Degree in Education. She is the founder and president of Body Incorporated, an organizational health consulting firm known for its outstanding consulting, coaching and speaking that inspire the ongoing process of personal improvement. Ms. Grant pioneered many aspects of corporate health and wellness, developing numerous programs that resulted in millions of dollars saved by employers. These savings were created while at the same time enhancing the productivity and satisfaction of the workforce and unifying team effort. As she was involved with workplace wellness from the beginnings of the movement, Bayly is an influential Workplace Wellness Consultant for those who wish to promote health and wellness either commercially or for their own organizations. Bayly has combined and refined her cost-savings experiences with her clients, and is pleased to share Workers’ Compensation Cost Savings Consulting Solutions for the benefit of other businesses.
Ms. Grant has been helping clients to discover and enhance their strengths for over 20 years, empowering them to take personal responsibility for their continued improvement. Ms. Grant has been active in numerous health-related organizations through the years, including the California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports chaired by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Bayly was chosen by Reebok to serve on the Reebok Circuit of Professionals and Specialist C.O.R.P.S. She was involved in research and development, promotional activities and “think tank” sessions for development and marketing of fitness products and programs. Her clients have included Unocal Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Pacific Gas and Electric Company and the United States Departments of the Navy and Forestry. Bayly is proud to be a founding member of the San Luis Obispo County Tobacco Control Coalition, having influenced the first public non-smoking policy in the world that ignited a nation-wide push to imitate.
